Exchange

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds  

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns on all purchases. All purchases are non-refundable. 

Shipping 

For all Singapore orders, we offer free local postage. However, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost item(s).

Tracking number is provided for all SmartPac deliveries.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 039987.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

The time for your exchanged product to reach you may take 4 - 6days. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
