Testimony 7

James was bedridden because he suffered from a stroke. I visited him a few times before my busy schedule began. So one day in the adoration room, I decided to pray for him. Oh God, is there anything you want to tell me about James? I saw a man holding a shovel and was about to dig the ground. It was a depressing sight for me because it seemed like he had overworked and ended up sick. It was a timely reminder for me to watch out for my health. St Paul also mentioned, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honour God with your bodies.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
