Senior/Enrolled Nurse

St Joseph's Home, a Person-centred residential healthcare facility located in Jurong West, is redefining the way we take care of our elderly, and would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of: 

Senior/ Enrolled Nurse 

Job Description:

• Perform nursing procedures in line with the person-centric philosophy of care, and in compliance with the ENHS (Enhanced Nursing Home Standards)

• Provide relevant nursing care to our residents, with on-going monitoring of their conditions

• Build rapport with residents and their families

• Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care

• Provide clinical guidance to junior nursing staff 

Key Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Nursing

• Possess valid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB

• Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage

• Meticulous and accurate

• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

• Able to work well under pressure

• Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
