Hospitality Officer (Catholic Welfare Services, Singapore - Jurong Island)

HOSPITALITY OFFICER 


Job Duties:

  • Provide assistance to the departments in daily routine works at the front counter (drop off point); security matters (registration of public and visitors using the electronic visitor management system); assist in receiving goods on behalf of other departments, assist members of the public and visitors by guiding them to the respective locations in the Home
  • Ensure that all visitors to the Home comply with the relevant infection control measures (eg. scan SafeEntry, proper use of face masks etc)
  • Carry out appropriate checks and monitoring of the Home premises on a regular basis.
  • Be alert for any incidents in the Home, and render appropriate assistance.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Able to adapt, work well independently and in a team.
  • Ability to stay calm and handle difficult situations
  • Ability to speak and read basic English and converse in dialect (when communicating with visitors)
  • Able to perform shift duty, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Have basic knowledge in computer work
  • This vacancy is a term contract position
