Care Assistant (Residents’ Engagement)
Job Description
• Involved in organising meaningful activities for and engaging with our residents, including:
• Building rapport and befriending them
• Escorting them during their walkabouts
• Being involved in residents’ social activities and programs
• Involved in the safe preparation and administering of meals to residents
• Assist in maintaining the inventory of supplies and equipment in assigned work-area, including ensuring safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
Key Requirements
• Secondary education
• Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Good communications skills
